Directions for use of Gulab Jamun:
Mix 200gm of Sree Annapoorna Gulab Jamoon Powder in 15-20 ml of water and make dough without forming lumps. Do not knead the dough but allow the dough to stay for 5 minutes. Make small round balls from the dough. Fry in edible oil or ghee under low heat till they are golden brown. Soak the fried Gulab Jamoon in hot sugar syrup.
Directions for making Sugar Syrup:
Add 400gm of Sugar with 700ml water and boil for 5 minutes. After boiling add Cardamom 2 gm and lemon yellow 1/2gm. Now the Sugar Syrup is ready.
