Directions For Use:
Take 5 ml of ksheerabala thailam in a bowl and place it in hot water
Wash your feet and wipe them dry
Sit comfortably on your bed
Spread an old t-shirt or towel on the bed and place your feet on it to protect your linens
Take a few drops of warm ksheerabala thailam and start massaging your soles and ankles one by one
Massage with a firm hand and apply the oil gently on your ankle, soles, between the toes, and in the front
Massage your ankles in circular motions
Now pinch and press each toe gently and stroke the length of your foot
Interlace your fingers between the toes and roll the ankle in both directions
Continue doing the massage for at least 5-10 minutes
You can even apply this oil to your palms and wrists
If you feel your feet are too oily, you can gently wipe them off with a towel, but make sure you don’t rub off the oil completely and just wipe off the excess oil
Put on a pair of old socks before moving about so that you don’t slip
For better results, use consistently for at least 3 months
