Ingredients of Narayana gulam:
Each 10 gm consists of-
- Pitikamula – 13.158 g
- Rajani (Curcuma longa)- 8.421 ml
- Dhatri (Embelica officinale)- 8.421 ml
- Guda (Jaggery)- 4.211 g
- Sharkara (Sugar)- 2.105 g
- Ela (Elettaria cardamomum)- 0.066 g
- Lavanga (Syzygium aromaticum)- 0.066 g
- Patra (Cinnamomum tamala) – 0.066 g
- Amra (Magnifera indica)- 0.132 g
- Kesara (Crocos sativus)- 0.132 g
- Vishwa (Zingiber officinale)- 0.132 g
- Tuka (Cucuma angustifolia)- 0.263 g
- Madhuka (Gluycyrrhiza glabra)- 0.263 g
Dosage of Narayana gulam: 5 – 10 grams, once or twice a day after food or as advised by Ayurvedic doctor.
