Planet Ayurveda Hakam Churna contains Chandershoor, Kalonji, Methi, Ajwain etc. This unique combination of herbs is anti-spasmodic in nature. Stomach upset and indigestion are responsible for many metabolic diseases. Chronic indigestion and acidity formation disturbs the Vata energy which then concentrates in joints and muscles causing intense pain. Hakam churna restores normal digestion and balances this energy in the body.

Directions of use:
3-5 grams of this powder should be consumed with hot water, two times in a day. It should preferably be taken only after meals. The patient is requested not to exceed the recommended dosage or as directed by the Physician.
