• Calcarea Phosphorica
• Natrum Sulphuricum

• Sabadilla Q

• V/Vin Syrup
• Sweetener Base

Directions for Use:

• 1/2 teaspoonful 3 times a day for infants up to 1 month
• 1 teaspoonful 3-4 times a day for infants 1 month to 1 year or as directed by the physician
