• Cereal Extract [Barley, Malted Barley, Wheat], Sugar, Millets [Pearl Millet (Bajra), Finger Millet (Ragi), Foxtail, Millet (Kanngani), Sorghum (Jowar)], Milk Solids, Cocoa Powder, Wheat Gluten, Minerals, Soy Protein Isolate, Partially Hydrolysed Cereal Solids

• Take 200 ml of hot or cold milk.
• Add 27 g (Approx. 3 heaped spoonfuls) of Horlicks.
• Stir quickly to mix well
