Kottakkal Ayurveda Gandharvahastadi Eranda Tailam  Directions of Use :

Kottakkal Ayurveda Oil is to be taken internally and can be apart of a daily routine to cleanse the bowels. However it should not be taken in large doses, unless part of a therapy of Pancha-karma. Thus, this product should only be taken under the observation of an Ayurvedic practitioner.  However, as a regular Ayurvedic routine, it is given in a dose of 5 – 10 drops once or twice a day, before food.

It is best avoided in children, pregnant and lactating mother.
