Nasika Choorna Dosage:

It is administered via nasal root.

How long to take:

This medicine can be safely taken for a period of upto 2-4 months.

Dhatri – Amla – Emblica officinalis / Phyllanthus emblica
Jiraka – Cumin seed – Cuminum cyminum
