Panchavalkadi Tailam is a herbal oil preparation for skin. coconut oil is used as the base oil for its preparation.

Its usage:

1. It is used to treat eczema, dermatitis, herpes and skin conditions with bleeding, oozing and secretions.

Effect on Tridosha: Balances Pitta and Kapha at the level of skin.

• Applied externally with the help of cotton swab on the affected areas of skin.

• Parisha – Ficus arnottiana – These above five herb barks are together called as Panchavalkala (5 barks) – known for cleansing action)

• Gopi – Hemidesmus indicus
