Kottakkal Ayurveda Pathadi Gulika :

Pathadi Gulika is an Ayurvedic medicine in pill form, used for the teratment of skin diseases and digestion disorders in children. It is manufactured by Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal. 

Uses of Pathadi Gulika :

It is used in the treatment of
eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, tinea infection
Grahani – IBS, sprue, altering diarrhea and constipation
Convulsions and seizures in children.
Used for ailments from breast milk defects.

Ingredients of Pathadi Gulika :

• Patha (Cyclea peltata) –  used mainly in the treatment of fever, intestinal worms, non healing wounds etc. It is commonly used in pediatric health complaints.
• Krishna (Piper longum) –  is a very unique spice. It has all qualities of a typical spice like useful in indigestion, asthma, cough etc. but it is also a very good aphrodisiac and anti aging spice
• Gajapippali (Piper chaba)
• Nidhigdhika (Solanum melongena) – Kantakari
• Nagara (Zingiber officinale) – Ginger rhizome
• Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica) – Leadwort
• Pippalimoola (Piper longum) – Long pepper root
• Ajaji (Cuminum cyminum) -Cumin seeds
• Ratri (Curcuma longa) – Turmeric
• Musta (Cyperus rotendus)

Dosage of Pathadi Gulika:
1-2 tablets once or twice daily with suitable kashayam, or as directed by the physician.
