• Patola (Trichosanthes lobata)- whole plant- 0.890 g
• Katurohini (Picrorrhiza scorphulariiflora)- rhizome- 0.667 g
• Madhusrava (Chonemorpha fragrans)- root- 0.667 g
• Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia)- stem- 0.667 g
• Patha (Cyclea peltata)- rhizome- 0.667 g
• Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum)- seed- 0.333 g
• Chandana  (Santalum album)- heartwood- 0.111 g
• Excepients – q.s.
• Preservative- Methyl Paraben Sodium, Propyl Paraben Sodium.

Dosage of Psorakot Tablet:
2 tablets thrice daily, or as directed by the physician
